It complies with the quality standards specified in JT/T 270-2002 (China National Standard) and meets the quality requirements for the construction of high-grade highways.

5. Temperature of Finished Mixture

The outlet temperature of the finished mixture can be set arbitrarily and is available for fully automatic or manual control. The temperature error is no more than ±5℃ under fully automatic control. The normal temperature range of the finished mixture is 140℃–160℃, and it can reach 180℃ or higher for special requirements.

6. Quality of Finished Mixture

Uniform and consistent, free from segregation of aggregates, white specks, and clumping. It meets the quality requirements for high-grade pavement construction.

7. Dust Removal Performance

The mixer adopts a two-stage dust removal system:
  1. Primary stage: Mechanical cyclone dust removal

  2. Secondary stage: Pulse-jet baghouse dust removal

The final dust emission concentration from the chimney is less than 100 mg/Nm³, with a Ringelmann blackness grade of 1. The noise level in the control room is below 70 dB(A), fully complying with national environmental protection regulations.

8. Control Method

Microcomputer-based intelligent full-automatic control, supporting fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual operation modes.
  • Dual microcomputers serve as hot backups for each other;

  • Large-screen color display and automatic compensation for material carry-over;

  • Equipped with fault self-diagnosis, mix formula storage and retrieval functions;

  • Mass storage, query, and report printing of mixing data;

  • Multi-point industrial monitoring.

Cost Comparison of Production

(Assumptions: 10 operating hours per day; production capacity: 200 t/h, equivalent to 2,000 t/day)

Scenario 1: Virgin Materials Only

(Asphalt content: 4.5%; fuel consumption: 6.5 kg/t of finished mixture)
  • Daily asphalt consumption: 2,000 t × 4.5% = 90 t

  • Daily fuel consumption: 2,000 t × 6.5 kg/t = 13 t

  • Market price of asphalt: ¥4,500/t

  • Market price of fuel oil: ¥4,500/t

  • Daily total cost: 90 t × ¥4,500/t + 13 t × ¥4,500/t = ¥463,500

Scenario 2: With Asphalt Hot Recycling System

(Asphalt content: 2%; fuel consumption: 9.5 kg/t of finished mixture)
  • Daily asphalt consumption: 2,000 t × 2% = 40 t

  • Daily fuel consumption: 2,000 t × 9.5 kg/t = 19 t

  • Additional power capacity: 244 kW; power efficiency: 80% (equivalent to 200 kW)

  • Daily electricity cost: 200 kW × 10 h × ¥1/kWh = ¥2,000

  • Additional labor: 3 workers; daily wage per worker: ¥60

  • Daily labor cost: 3 × ¥60 = ¥180

  • Daily total cost: 40 t × ¥4,500/t + 19 t × ¥4,500/t + ¥2,000 + ¥180 = ¥267,680

Cost Savings

  • Daily cost savings: ¥463,500 – ¥267,680 = ¥195,820

  • Cost savings per ton of mixture: ¥195,820 ÷ 2,000 t = ¥98/t

Note: The above parameters are for reference only. Actual costs are subject to fluctuations in asphalt and fuel prices, as well as variations in the quality of milled reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) materials.
